SHIPPING POLICY

Straight and bodywave wigs take 5-7 Business days

Med brown lace wigs take 5-7 days

Transparent wigs other than straight and bodywave will take 9-10

Hawaiian wavy ,deep curly ,tropical curly takes 10-14 days

RETURN POLICY

Due to the nature of our product, and federal health regulations, all of our wigs are final sale. We do not offer refunds on any hair extension purchases.Also,our items are all custom made .If you feel like there is an issue with your item we will do everything in our power to fix the issue and make you happy ! Once you receive your wig please make sure everything is exactly what you expected ,once you wear the wig and report a problem afterwards once again we will try our best to fix the issue but after it is worn there is no guarantee.
